All service fees paid to Jetset Visa Services are non-refundable once the visa application has been initiated, regardless of the outcome. Refunds may be considered only if the application has not yet been submitted to the embassy or if there is an internal error in processing caused by our team. Embassy and third-party service fees are never refundable under any circumstance.
Visa processing times vary depending on embassy workload, nationality, and season. Jetset Visa Services provides estimated timelines based on prior experience, but these are not guaranteed. We do not influence or control embassy decisions or the time taken to issue visas. Delays caused by embassy procedures, public holidays, or external factors are beyond our control.
Jetset Visa Services shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from visa rejections, delays, or travel cancellations. Our role is strictly advisory and administrative. Clients are advised to make travel bookings only after receiving visa approval. We are not responsible for losses arising from embassy rejections or changes in immigration policies.
